( ( 0 ) * 0.6 ) );'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"  data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-sep-none fusion-title-size-three pnrl-tp-article\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:31px;\"><h3 class=\"title-heading-left\">LES 6 D\u00c9FIS POUR 2025-2040<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p>En 2040, nous aurons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre notre ambition si nous parvenons \u00e0 relever 6 grands d\u00e9fis, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ci-dessous :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00e9d\u00e9rer les femmes et les hommes pour faire territoire.<\/li>\n<li>Organiser le territoire pour faire de nos singularit\u00e9s un atout.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9server les biens communs afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019harmonie d\u2019un territoire vivant.<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9co-innovant valorisant les ressources et les talents locaux.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9n\u00e9raliser des modes de vie r\u00e9silients, sources de bien-\u00eatre pour respirer mieux.<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre un passeur de relais pour transmettre les cultures du territoire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9fis peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9clin\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment mais sont interd\u00e9pendants.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><h4>D\u00e9fi 1 : F\u00e9d\u00e9rer les femmes et les hommes pour faire territoire.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00ab F\u00e9d\u00e9rer \u00bb, c\u2019est emmener avec nous l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet de territoire : l\u2019ensemble des habitants, des collectivit\u00e9s, des partenaires institutionnels et techniques, des associations et collectifs, acteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques, et afin que chacun d\u2019entre nous puisse porter, vivre et s\u2019inscrire dans un m\u00eame projet de territoire. F\u00e9d\u00e9rer les femmes et les hommes pour \u00ab faire territoire \u00bb, c\u2019est agir pour \u00eatre acteur de notre territoire, agir par des actions communes et partag\u00e9es sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agit d\u2019affirmer l\u2019identit\u00e9 du territoire \u00e0 la fois sur ce qui fait sens commun, \u00e0 l\u2019image de son patrimoine culturel mat\u00e9riel et immat\u00e9riel, et sur les diff\u00e9rences qui le composent comme autant de compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9s : plaines et montagnes, villes et villages\u2026<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agit de se f\u00e9d\u00e9rer pour construire et mettre en \u0153uvre, ensemble, le projet de territoire esquiss\u00e9. Ces coop\u00e9rations au sein du territoire ont \u00e9galement vocation \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et s\u2019entretenir avec les espaces voisins, ou plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s en France ou dans le monde.<br \/>\nAttentifs \u00e0 la demande des habitants de contribuer \u00e0 la gestion des ressources dont ils d\u00e9pendent, nous entendons aussi explorer de nouveaux modes de participation citoyenne.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fi 2 : Organiser le territoire pour faire de nos singularit\u00e9s un atout.<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019impact de nos modes de vie peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9rable sur l\u2019ensemble de nos biens communs et il conditionne directement la qualit\u00e9 de notre vie au quotidien. Habiter, produire, se nourrir, travailler, se d\u00e9placer, se divertir, accueillir des visiteurs\u2026 Tout cela influe sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie dans le territoire d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain.<br \/>\nIl est donc urgent d\u2019amplifier ou d\u2019adopter des comportements durables. Ils doivent \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s et accompagn\u00e9s \u00e0 travers une appropriation localement.<br \/>\nIl nous faut organiser et participer \u00e0 un am\u00e9nagement et une gestion respectueux du territoire : \u00e9conomie des sols, de l\u2019eau et des \u00e9nergies, attention \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019habitat et des modes de d\u00e9placement, favoriser la production et la consommation alimentaires locales, proposer des services de proximit\u00e9\u2026 pour faire de nos singularit\u00e9s un v\u00e9ritable atout d\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fi 3 : Pr\u00e9server les biens communs afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019harmonie d\u2019un territoire vivant.<\/h4>\n<p>La notion de \u00ab bien commun \u00bb d\u00e9signe les ressources naturelles indispensables aux femmes et aux hommes (air, eau, sols), mais aussi la beaut\u00e9 d\u2019un paysage et le patrimoine culturel. Il s\u2019agit tout d\u2019abord de pr\u00e9server la biosph\u00e8re, la nature, ses ressources et la biodiversit\u00e9 afin d\u2019assurer de bonnes conditions de vie aux habitants, aujourd\u2019hui et dans l\u2019avenir. Les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes et les paysages du Luberon sont particuli\u00e8rement riches et singuliers, ils sont issus d\u2019une interaction mill\u00e9naire avec les activit\u00e9s humaines. Il faut les prot\u00e9ger \u00e0 long terme.<br \/>\nIls assurent la r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019air, de l\u2019eau et du climat, indispensable face aux changements globaux. La r\u00e9ponse aux besoins vitaux \u00e0 long terme pour les habitants en termes d\u2019alimentation, d\u2019\u00e9nergie, de sant\u00e9 et de cadre de vie, repose sur une gestion durable des ressources naturelles (les sols, l\u2019eau et le bois notamment).<br \/>\nDe la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, le patrimoine arch\u00e9ologique et culturel, le patrimoine architectural urbain et paysager, la langue proven\u00e7ale ou les traditions populaires, constituent la m\u00e9moire et l\u2019identit\u00e9 du territoire que nous devons conserver, prot\u00e9ger, restaurer et transmettre.<br \/>\nEnfin, pour transmettre ces biens communs, cela n\u00e9cessite de les conna\u00eetre, de les valoriser et de les rendre accessibles \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fi 4 : Promouvoir un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9co-innovant valorisant les ressources et les talents locaux.<\/h4>\n<p>Relever les grands enjeux climatiques et ceux de la rar\u00e9faction des ressources et de l\u2019appauvrissement de la biodiversit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite d\u2019engager de fa\u00e7on volontariste le territoire et ses acteurs dans de nouveaux modes de d\u00e9veloppement. Il s\u2019agit de s\u2019appuyer sur nos ressources, savoir-faire et talents locaux pour innover et favoriser une \u00e9conomie locale, plus sociale et solidaire, favorisant l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire et les circuits courts. Il faut soutenir les mutations en mati\u00e8re agricole, pour une agriculture diverse, agro-\u00e9cologique, dynamique, tourn\u00e9e vers une alimentation de qualit\u00e9 pour tous. Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00eatre exemplaire en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9co-tourisme en respectant les patrimoines naturels et culturels comme les habitants, en g\u00e9rant mieux les flux touristiques. C\u2019est aussi prendre en compte les disparit\u00e9s du territoire, lutter contre la pauvret\u00e9 et le ch\u00f4mage, et inventer une nouvelle articulation ville-campagne.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fi 5 : G\u00e9n\u00e9raliser des modes de vie r\u00e9silients, sources de bien-\u00eatre pour respirer mieux.<\/h4>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi du changement climatique implique des mutations profondes de nos modes de consommation, avec la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire l\u2019usage des \u00e9nergies fossiles. Notre territoire doit s\u2019engager r\u00e9solument dans cette transition. Imaginer et anticiper la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 bas carbone de demain, dont les modes de vie int\u00e8grent pleinement les notions de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u2019adaptation au climat de demain, est une feuille de route incontournable.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019agira de contribuer \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des comportements \u00e9coresponsables, de s\u2019autoriser \u00e0 ralentir pour mieux vivre, de r\u00e9organiser les modes de consommation autour des ressources locales\u2026 Ces profondes mutations ne doivent pas \u00eatre vues comme une contrainte, mais comme une chance, d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019elles sont suffisamment anticip\u00e9es. Faire le choix de la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9silience permettra de mieux vivre et de vivre en meilleure sant\u00e9, dans un monde qui demeure incertain.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fi 6 : \u00catre un passeur de relais pour transmettre des cultures du territoire.<\/h4>\n<p>Le patrimoine culturel ou naturel t\u00e9moigne de la m\u00e9moire et de l\u2019identit\u00e9 du territoire. Pour que nous puissions le transmettre aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures, nous devons le prot\u00e9ger et le p\u00e9renniser mais cela n&#8217;est possible que si nous le connaissons. Cette connaissance permettra d\u2019expliquer le territoire et de transmettre sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9. L&#8217;atout humain devra \u00eatre le moteur de notre transition pour laquelle nous devrons nous appuyer sur nos sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s, nos richesses naturelles et notre culture proven\u00e7ale et souvent paysanne. Nous devons sensibiliser les habitants sur les enjeux auxquels nous devrons faire face pour cr\u00e9er une v\u00e9ritable coh\u00e9sion autour du projet Parc.<br \/>\nPour cela, nous devons expliquer et \u00e9changer sur l&#8217;action du Parc avec le plus grand nombre. Nous devons accompagner tous les acteurs du territoire vers la transition. Nous devons g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019environnement et au territoire pour mieux impliquer les jeunes pour qu&#8217;\u00e0 leur tour, ils aient les cl\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9server leurs futurs.<br \/>\nBien plus encore, il nous faudra faire d\u00e9couvrir aux visiteurs et aux nouveaux habitants les valeurs qui fondent la qualit\u00e9 du territoire.<br \/>\nLe Parc doit d\u00e9sormais s\u2019inscrire dans une dimension nouvelle pour transmettre sa connaissance et poursuivre les cultures du territoire.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
